FUDGE & TOFFEE.

I tried my hand at candy making this weekend. I don't think I should make it my living! The fudge turned out alright but a little over done. I found out the hard way that my candy thermometer was broken (even though it was brand new!) I then tried making toffee.. this was the outcome, it is good but I didnt know you were supposed to use unsalted butter. Geez :) At least it looks amazing in the image! Anything with chocolate on top is wonderful :) Enjoy your Sunday. Go Colts!
